THE PUMPKIN PIE MARTINI
The perfect cold weather treat. This recipe pairs well with coffee and can be served alongside a light meal or in place of dessert.
1 vanilla wafer, mashed
2 oz of Hell’s Half Acre 1885 Vodka
2 oz of Whole Milk
2 oz of Heavy Whipping Cream
1 oz of Simple Syrup
1 oz of Rum Chata
1/8 tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice
For the cookie-crumb rim, first, moisten the rim of a chilled martini glass with water. Place the crumbled cookie on a plate, and dip the rim.
Fill the glass with ice, and set aside. Combine the vodka, milk, heavy cream, syrup, and Rum Chata in a shaker.
Shake and strain into your adorned martini glass. Decorate your martini with spices and whipped cream.
